MISSION: To serve as a catalyst that promotes an efficient and effective flow of operations within the church between staff, ministries, auxiliaries, and outside persons utilizing St. James services or building.

BACKGROUND: This ministry manages contracts, maintain budgets, expenses and operating costs for all church operations. There are several sub-ministries within the Operations Ministries umbrella of St. James.
